Thursday, August 19th, 2010We just opened a nursing agency, nurses who work with us are not our employees, we have a contract with them for a period of time, and a contract with an ambulance service for the nurse. We checked with five different insurance agencies for workers’ compensation, and we said that there is no market for workers compensation for subcontractors. accidents is optional in TX. What other kind of insurance do we need?
